Addressing Ignorance!

So today I address the ignorance of some of Berlin’s “Finest” NOT! If fact their actions make everyone look bad and not so bright!

Ok first up I guess I’ll attack the rumor concerning my daughter, Annabelle. She didn’t call CYS on the CP, she damn sure should have but didn’t. I mean we all KNOW how the CP, his ranting wife, the drama queen, and the freaking Bedford idiot KNOW ALL everyone’s comings and goings. I mean good Lord they even read minds, can see through walls – miles and miles away and even know who one talks to and about what! They can even KNOW what you are going to do BEFORE you even think of it! Now that is Talent! It amazes me how total dumb-asses believe them. Annabelle was dealing with what ending up being a 2nd degree sunburn. She realized later after we talked – I didn’t know the CP was so self centered that he put a baby on a thinnest blanket on the HOT PAVEMENT! If he really put sun screen or whatever on – well it would be like adding oil to a skillet! I don’t know who called CYS IF it was true they were called, the CP will use whatever means to win in my opinion – but if someone did call – HATS OFF TO YOU! You did what every person who witnessed such a travesty to a child should have done for such a worthless reason! You deserve a GOLD STAR for doing what is right!

Of course the ones defending such cruel and harmful actions toward innocent children will not appreciate what you did –because God Forbid if anyone stand up against the CP EVEN when it’s to protect a child! For the record folks – pavement absorbs and intensifies heat – just like an iron skillet. I had little respect for either him or his wife before, I have NONE now! An idea for next time the CP wants to use his kids – take and set up a large umbrella or shade, a thick blanket or ground cover to block the heat, and bring a kiddie pool for them to cool off in. You’ll still need sun block and I would be getting ice to keep the pool cool. I still can’t figure out the ranter – damn if my hubby would have done that to my kids! Brags about his millions and millions of dollars and can’t even afford a babysitter or really wanted to use them to win votes on one of the worse days so far. Or the most compassionate, HE knows, after all he’s “a lifelong church goer” who has no compassion for HIS OWN YOUNGINS! Hey what do I expect, he tested the generators and shut off folks electric, which was used to either heat many homes or to run the different heaters – like oil or coal/wood blowers on the COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR! Funny I have never witnessed that definition of compassion before!

As to Annabelle, this time she needed medical care and is fine. I am a FIRM believer God takes care of his own. I guess I should apologize to the CP, FBI, drama queen and the ranter for them not being the most important thing in my kid’s world! I can honestly say they are the most attention seeking, behavioring people I have ever witnessed! And if one considers all the people I have known and do know that is WILD to say the least! Amazing the world had to stop revolving around these idiots who have not a lot going on in their world apparently! As to Ann she missed no time off  from work. She did volunteer for a cancellation on Election Day because she was already on overtime.  She worked through the pain. I have been asked why she did it – because she believes the Borough needs change and the guys running are the best for the job! Sometimes one takes pain or whatever if the cause is genuine enough! However she and I agree if the old CP and cronies want to lay the accusation on her that’s fine. It’s not like TRUTH is their friend or even an acquaintance anyway! 

Now to my favorite! Apparently the drama queen published on Face Book for folks NOT to VOTE for 2 of the men running for the Borough Council because they “drank beer!” Oh how the idiot shows her intelligence! OK beer drinking is NOT a SIN! In fact beer is just a mild alcoholic beverage. It is good for you in a lot of illnesses – IN MODERATION! The sin or problem is when one OVER INDULGES in it. The drama queen WILL remember her own child’s drug addiction history and that history is NOT that long in the past. She should also remember the criminal record of said grown child. And let’s not even get started on the ex con brother! As a friend said – he changes jobs like most people change underwear! I just know he doesn’t leave a good reputation behind him.. However so a couple of guys who work (this concept is strange and very foreign to said drama queen) stop, drink a few beers and socialize after work. We ALL KNOW certain members of the F4 drink so much they might as well swim in it! However drama queen’s daughter is on Face book selling jewelry drinking wine by the horse troughs and seems to be feeling no pain! OOPS there we go again! The drama queen iron skillet calling a kettle black! She should really teach her child that a proper lady (no one wants my opinion on that one) does NOT pour huge amounts of wine into a LARGE glass and then drink it like a water ravenous animal. Wine is meant to be sipped and enjoyed. It also should never be guzzled like a beer, but by sipping one can enjoy and detect the flavors of the fruit used to create it.

Of course, we are still talking about people who came from nothing acting like they were raised in royalty.  I mean really folks a person can go to the library and read up on how to drink respectfully and proper manners. If need be I can send anyone a link to the drama queen’s daughter’s show and Lord it is a show. To think the drama queen actually called a person “Trailer trash” once! Amazing when one considers, she herself was raised in trailers all her life. In fact it was her last ex-husband who got her in a real house. Of course decent, mature people KNOW it’s not the type of home you are raised in or live in – it’s the people and their lifestyle. SO with what I know – yep she was describing herself not the other person!

You see folks, there is a group in Berlin called the “Concerned Citizens of Berlin” and yes I was named Chairman – (even before I knew, laughing) – because I do NOT live in fear of any of the F4, their cohorts, or anything they think they can do to me. As in all things even retaliation is a two way street if need be and I do NOT act cowardly behind people’s backs making up lies about decent people. The Concerned Citizens Know the men running and I have extensively checked them out. They are all honest upright MEN with moral integrity, hard workers, and not criminals. Who really cares about the beer thing anyway? In fact when ones thinks of all these dirty tricks and lies being done to these candidates, one can see how low down the CP is. In my opinion he is behind them all! Why? Only he would benefit from their actions – I’d personally be ashamed of such dirty and tacky behaviors, but his actions are speaking to the real him. I keep hearing from people how he likes to drag people off to the side to talk – why? If you are straight up and honest why not just speak it out??? When he tried that with my daughter it didn’t work out too good for him! But I’ll post more on him and his actions later….

Now to the freaking Bedford idiot! First I have to say it – wonder who felt worse with the election results – mama’s boy who is ON the council or the Freaking Bedford Idiot who thinks she runs the town! LOL! Just remember mama – your actions had a lot to do with the count!

OK the first call I got after the election from a voter who had told me previously they weren’t voting for the F4 and then said they just couldn’t vote for a member of ISIS! I was like, “WHAT? ISIS in Somerset County – PLEASE give me a break!” Then I asked what they were talking about. Well get ready folks because this will blow any intelligent mind away. Apparently the freaking Bedford idiot told this person that the one candidate was an atheist and that atheists were ISIS! In my own opinion I have no doubts – Goodness knows I have proof of her character from  her own mouth!  I went through the roof! Folks ISIS are a RADICAL MUSLIM GROUP! Real Muslims even separate themselves from them! ISIS is to their world as these cults in the USA that have numerous child brides. They just have more hate, guns, and deviousness. NONE of the Candidates are ISIS. I’m surprised the drama queen didn’t get with her and make the poor guy a “beer drinking ISIS!” Now atheists are people who don’t believe in God. Most are that way because of “good judging” Christians who think they are to do what God says that only he WILL do! Beside which like when was the last time mama FBI was in church? Who died and left her God to judge us? Maybe she should sweep her own doorstop off! Maybe all you good folk who judged this man as unworthy should pray for him INSTEAD of condemning him! At least he is honest! How many times have I posted their lies and posted actual PROOF of the truth? How much does it take to get people to understand these people are NOT good judges of anyone’s character? Why didn’t some of you ask the dude? I have yet to meet an Atheist who won’t be straight up. Why not broaden your mind and remember that God said

(1) HE will judge and ONLY HIM! (James 4:12 and like 75 other verses)

(2) IF we sin one sin we are guilty of ALL SINS! (James 2:10) (3) ALL have SINNED (Romans 3:23)

(4) That we should love one another (John 13:34-35)

(5) That we should pray for others (Matthew 5:44 plus many more)

(6) And this one on how we should be – the ole CP should follow this one! (Philippians 2:3-4 “³ Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. ⁴ Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.”)

Now I can go on but why not let these “Good Christians” look them up and tell you. Try getting to know a person before you decide who God loves or not! God LOVE$ EVERYONE, just the actions he doesn’t like and that’s one of the things he will judge us one. People who stand behind these kinds of low, low self serving rumors (rumors: talk or opinion widely disseminated with no discernible source, most often untrue and/or false) are not showing much about their own character. In other words don’t be so gullible! So folks lets pray for the man and listen to what he has to say you will be surprised of just how much he knows and his ideas to make Berlin a Community again and not just one person’s domain! Show him what a REAL BELIEVER is supposed to be – a loving ACCEPTABLE person who doesn’t create drama, tells lies, n ot be man or woman enough to come to a person’s face, and actually show people what Christ is like – NOT their interpretation of him! If people only see hate, judgment, and condemnation from people who are supposed followers, then how will they see Jesus? I’d be afraid of judgment! However his personal beliefs shouldn’t have anything to do with his job as a council member and rebuilding Berlin to the Borough it once was. Also what are the other council member’s religious beliefs and views? Are they known by the  public as a whole? One can say they are Christian but are they living the lifestyle? You know, like going to church regularly? Do they follow the God’s Commandments? Do they feed the poor? Of course we all KNOW the CP’s idea of feeding the poor is to terrorize them by chasing them down street! 

So now hopefully people will start to use the mind the Good Lord gave them and learn to ask questions and value opinions and statements from people YOU know are honest and have true character!

PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR ACTIONS ALWAYS!

NOTES ON BERLIN BOROUGH REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING April 6, 2017

My replies are in color – the minutes in black.

“Bob Croner – Ordinances – Mr. Croner addressed the Council with his concerns that Berlin is a dying town and challenged the Council to save the town. He gave various examples of the economics, demographics, newspaper stories, US 219 being rerouted, etc. as evidence of a dying town. He stated that the Borough already has ordinances in place to take care of clutter on properties, cars being parked in yards, junk cars, and other issues. He stated that America is a free country and citizens could live anywhere they chose, as long as they obey the rules and laws. If they did not like the rules, laws, ordinances, they could get out. He related how the Borough of Confluence had re-invented itself by becoming a destination place as a tourist attraction. The Berlin Borough forefathers may have inadvertently created today’s problem by creating a town that offers cheap living (electric rates, sewer, water, and garbage rates, and housing costs), and thereby attracting a large amount of residents with little or no disposable income. This has been detrimental to local businesses, banks, manufacturing plants, and economic development. He presented several photos of places around town that had clutter in the yard or on porches and decks, junk cars parked on property, a dog kennel in the front yard, etc. He challenged the Council to enforce the ordinances already adopted and enacted by the Borough so that the first, and somewhat inexpensive steps, could be taken toward beautification of the Borough. There was discussion about what could be done and how – there has to be enforcement without a double standard from property owner to property owner.

President Brett Custer thanked Mr. Croner for his presentation and concerns. He stated that different opinions make a Council work harder. This Council has, and will continue to do so, work with the Mayor towards making improvements. Some ordinances may need to be changed or updated. (HOW about the mayor enforcing the ones that are already there? I mean this is his job right?) The current Council is working to make improvements to the Borough as is evidenced by the purchase and installation of the generator project. (OH yes we must get in about the famed generator project- you know the one ONLY the CP did! My opinion is he is self-serving, self-praise! The ONLY thing that has been worked on is the generator project – WHY?) 

Mr. Croner challenged the Council to have some “guts”, serve all residents, and to ask for and demand change in the Borough.” (Well then the CP and the rest of the F4 would have to adhere to the same rules of everyone else! Now we all KNOW that will happen right?)

A few of the properties Mr. Croner was referring to:

See how the grass is blown in the street and no sidewalks? Yet the CP owns this one! So why isn’t he fined? If he doesn’t follow the ordinances why should anyone else? 

A House near the J B Schrock Playground.. I’d worry about the folks living in the home – they could trip and fall.

Now these two building are dangerous! I can’t believe any council or government would let them stay there. I guess Slum is OK according to the F4! They should realize kids use these places for sometimes not so nice activities! And heaven knows druggies would love to hang in there!

Council member Tom Fisher stated that these are not new issues that have just arisen in the last couple of years – that today’s issues have been decades in the making. (Funny how things have only gotten worse Since the LAST 2 councils – in which the CP has risen in control and the secrecy and self serving is becoming more and more intense.)  There is a fine balance in any Council taking action and getting 7 members to agree on a plan of action and enforcement, and the residents co-operating.  (The F4 have no problem voting things there way – just check out the previous minutes! It’s not the rest of the council members OR the public – it is the F4! Majority rules remember. It is their way of deflecting blame or accountability away from them to everyone else! I guess the Councilwoman should make note – they didn’t blame her for this! LOL! ) Most residents do not want to sign their names to complaint forms with the Borough and just want the Borough officials to be the “bad guys”. 

(The public FEAR relation from the F4! The old Basket weaver himself has in the past visited people’s homes – and God Forbid certain Borough Police officers won’t make him leave! In my opinion if these were your landlord and you stood up against them – you’d be out!) 

The last 6-9 months have been better with enforcement of ordinances. (And yet the CP didn’t even obey the snow removal ordnance? Did he get fined? I doubt it! What about his “historical” house? How about ALL the junk at his one building? How about grass NOT being mowed at some of the CP’s properties? I guess it’s easier to go after another council member causing drama than to do the job they were voted to do! You know represent ALL the citizens NOT JUST BE SELF SERVING!) The Council will get together with the Mayor, police, and residents for improvement recommendations. (Good Luck with that!) 

President’s Report

2016 Audit – President Custer stated “I am pleased, and it gives me great comfort, that once again the Borough Auditors found no issues with the Borough’s bookkeeping. It shows how fortunate the borough is to have the quality of staff we do. The financial statement will be published in the paper for anyone who wishes to review it.”

(Oh this is RICH! If the auditors would have done anything contrary to the F4 – mostly the CP —well we all remember last year’s fiasco! HOWEVER has anyone EVER asked how much the TOTAL audit from 2015 cost? I mean once you take in to consideration it was NEVER BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL AND VOTED ON FOR SECRETARY JONES TO REDO THE AUDIT – which coincidentally was EXACTLY WHAT the CP WANTED! In the Daily American (Berlin officials explain audit By ERIC KIETA  Jul 8, 2016) IT STATES, “Looking into it: Jones, who has about 22 years of experience working as an auditor and an accountant, said that after the letter became public, he spent between 80 and 100 hours researching the borough’s finances. He estimated that about $5,000 has been spent by the borough thus far to research the report’s findings. Jones said he expects it to cost as much as $20,000 to field all inquires about it. My questions IS SEC. JONES a CERTIFIED auditor and/or accountant? NO ONE HAS EVER SAID!! DID it COST $20,000 DOLLARS?? WHY hasn’t that information been told? Most townships and Boroughs pay less than $5000, yet Berlin twice! Was it just to appease the CP and the rest of the F4 who were under heat?  

Probably the most contentious issue in the report is that the borough was still charging ppa fees, a surcharge placed on residents’ electric bills to offset costs during times of high energy usage, after paying off a previous debt of nearly $113,000 incurred in January 2014. The report states that the borough had paid that debt and still had a fund balance of more than a quarter million dollars. It suggests the borough return those funds to its customers. “As the ppa is a defined line on the bill it is our interpretation that these funds can only be used for the intended purpose and cannot be diverted for any other purpose (than) to pay for any billings for ppa,” the report states.

(This is WHY the HOUSE BILL No. 1405 presented by: PA State Rep. Aaron Bernstine needs to be passed. It will STOP the municipals who own their electric companies from using the monies for anything else! You know like transferring the monies to the general fund to operate the Borough so property owners don’t pay property taxes – EVERYONE on the electric roles will! So the landlords didn’t lower anyone’s rent so the renters are still paying for it PLUS now everyone is paying – even those out of town limits! Too bad those out of towners have to still pay property in their townships – double jeopardy in my opinion! But who benefits? Maybe it would be the largest property owner/landlord in the borough? You know the CP? Why is that not conflict of interest? Esp when out of the 7 council members 5 are landlords? Of course with no property taxes it will be up to the county to inspect buildings to see if ALL apartments are counted. Common sense says hidden apartments are extra money! Is that one more reason the F4 doesn’t want building permits looked into? The F4 will be fighting hard to defeat HB 1405 because they will have to pay property taxes like they should. Why should renters and customers who live outside the borough have top pay twice as will as have no say in the running of the borough? In my opinion Representative Metzger will NOT be for the bill. His dad started the whole mess in Berlin… I do plan on posting the bill so everyone can read it. Just call other representatives in the state and tell them of your experience – I’ll have numbers and emails!

Well this is it for today; I’ll do the rest tomorrow or the next day! Reason being is the whole comment on ordinances by the ole CP! Until then think on the information in this post – this is why a NEW COUNCIL is needed!
