February Council Meeting Notes and what a meeting it was!

First I am sorry this is late. A really good friend of mine had an accident and surgery. She came first.

Well on February 1st  the monthly council meeting had a few interesting moments.

First, isn’t it so nice to have a PROFESSIONAL meeting with the real facts addressed? Not one drama filled session that most has likely sold a lot of extra newspapers in the past. So far 2 council meetings with NO drama, self-serving, greed, acting out, yelling and screaming like a couple of 2 year olds throwing temper tantrums. There were 2 very minor interruptions coming from the former dream team (my opinion) that was shut down immediately! However we will address the interruptions later.

I guess the ole basket weaver wants a park honoring veterans. “During a borough council meeting Thursday night, Councilman Tom Fisher announced that officials are working with Berlin Area Historical Society, the Berlin American Legion and the Berlin Lions Club to create a park to honor veterans.”* (* https://www.dailyamerican.com/news/local/somerset/berlin-considers-adding-community-park/article_5cdb4dd8-6662-594d-ba77-562207e583c7.html)  Well, we ALL think that is GREAT, so since he says there is no location, Fisher said the plan is in the early stages, so not many details are available. “It’s an assumption,” he said. “There is no location. It was just presented to the council.* (*https://www.dailyamerican.com/news/local/somerset/berlin-considers-adding-community-park/article_5cdb4dd8-6662-594d-ba77-562207e583c7.html)  WHY not do an eminent domain on either the old Dollar store or the empty bar lot owned by the ole ousted ex has been? I mean the basket weaver had no problem joining with the ousted ex has been and mama’s boy trying to file eminent domain on the Mobile Home court that he refers to as, “A shit hole!” Some of those homes are better taken care of than his rentals…. in my opinion and others here anyway. Hard working tax paying citizens of the Borough that the basket weaver thinks is less than he because they live in mobile homes. Sad because it is more than a home that makes good, decent people. So that tells you what he and his buddies are, not?

Well as one person states, “Maybe this time the NEW, improved council WILL listen to the citizens and not just the ole basket weaver, and the secretary, (who was brought to the borough’s attention by the basket weaver and quite a few folks wonder about his relationship from the beginning with the ole ousted ex has been.) After all he is so pleased with the revitalization project that the ole ousted ex-has been claimed credit for. The secretary was in my own and a lot of others opinion acting on what the ole ousted ex-has been wanted when he tried to intimidate and basically bullshit my daughter at last year’s primary supposedly collecting evidence to investigate a complaint. Like he had the authority to even do that (he didn’t)! One of our younger volunteers here thinks he’s a cop wanta be. What I think is he is an ole rump kisser.  The only rump he has left is the basket weaver and the basket weaver has no power since the ole ousted ex-has been didn’t get reelected. When one considers the secretary has yet to update www.berlinborough.org web page with the new council members names and offices, one has to wonder just where his loyalty lies. One reader has said since the ousted ex has been was voted out it seems the secretary is longer able to do his job as very well. We have someone here going over old minutes and articles to see.  

According to one present, the borough will also keep the same code official. I’m sure the basket weaver had something to do with that. However hopefully they will be informed of just what is public information and that one doesn’t have to go through the borough office for complaints or permits. Permits are a necessary evil but hey if they don’t listen, they don’t listen. Someone gets hurt and everyone will pay. Especially if a law suit settlement drama queen is the one supposedly hurt.

Otherwise the word is it was a good meeting except for 2 episodes to which I know mama’s boy was behind one and I think the ole ousted ex has been the other. It’s my opinion though.

First I’ll mention is the one citizen who tried interrupting another citizen. Yes, an office worker no less. Tammy from the borough office tried to interrupt and talk over borough resident Robert Zerfoss. Now all reading this KNOW how the mama’s boy and always the mama FBI (freaking Bedford idiot) disrupted meetings all the time under the “leadership” (what a joke) of the ole ousted ex has been. Well this time, my understanding is Councilwoman Zerfoss didn’t let it go on. Good for her. Being an office worker, Tammy should have knowledge of proper manners in everyday etiquette much less professional meetings surroundings. Since none of us ever remember her doing this before – it does make one wonder why.

 

She who hates bars but was all for the ole ousted ex-has been getting a liquor license. So after being admonished she then exited the building. So I wonder why didn’t she just stay and speak next. Maybe IF she was coerced there is a good chance that neither she or nor the coercer figured there would be any thing done. After all in the past there would have not be one word said to interruptions. It would have been a good red herring for the next interesting point.

Now this next point was and still is interesting. So in the late afternoon on the day of the council meeting, the BS page posted an update to its Jan. 18^th post. Now anyone who reads them KNOWS it’s the ole ousted CP, the ole basket weaver (he is still moaning about it too), mama’s boy, the drama queen, mama FBI (freaking Bedford idiot), the raving renter, and the raving ranter (the ole ousted ex has been spouse) just because of the postings. That and the fact they have no class or manners.  Well and the drama queen was seen at the County Library actually posting on the page. I forgot to add back then she’ll most likely threaten to sue anyone and everyone or plead ‘brain damage!” None the less look at the image I was sent. I’ll split it in 4 sections, so it can be explained, when at that point.

Now this is as usual a lie. It’s what they do best. I’m so sure they were laughing like 2 years olds, thinking this was funny. How so much like little bitty kids they are. What I think was funny was no one but the hubby and fiancé showed up! Well now they should realize 2 things:

1) They need to get over it, she owes nothing.

2) NO ONE BELIEVES THEM! How sad it is to be known as a liar with no character. Now that is funny!

However IF the Borough wanted to go after them for fraudulent postings, he does realize his phone records could be subpoenaed from the carrier – right? Maybe it’s like his knowledge of where Berlin’s mail is postmarked being from.

But now we get to the revealing part:

If you notice the next post, sent at appx 4:00 pm (I received in the pages mail at that time) on the day of the council meeting – I have boxed in a check in point: Downey, Pa. After a few minutes it was hasty removed. Even my husband knew where that area is at – The Allegheny Mountain Tunnel and guess who works there? That’s right mama’s boy! Now at first it could have been a consequence but why change it really quick?

Then why was his dad the ONLY person there that made sure it was brought up? BOOM an idiot just got nailed! Then I was told how Councilwoman Zerfoss nailed mama’s boy dad right then and there with the text. He never even finished speaking! Let’s face it, “Guilty actions means guilty of.”  However many people who have heard about this have all said they knew mama’s boy was in it because of the postings. This just proved it. These idiots brag how they “love” Berlin and do childish stuff like this? Plus lie to try and embarrass the borough and other citizens? Then think decent, honest people of Berlin value anything about them?  I have no idea if Secretary Jones is in on this. Personally I do think he is a bit more mature – however no one asked him so we don’t know his answer,  and after all he did pull the stunt at the primary last year, so who knows? I took out their page’s name I will NOT promote lies and drama!

Then I find out that the mama’s boy fiancé kept her phone up and pointed toward the council during the whole meeting. So now it doesn’t take a genius to figure out someone is listening on the other side.  So does the Turnpike Commission KNOW it’s paying its workers to post on FaceBook and listen to council meetings while on the job? AND with taxpayer and people who pay tolls on the pike monies?  Cause WE found out he WAS “working” that evening!  Bet he was disappointed when his little, childish games didn’t work! Poor baby, well to put it blunt, mama FBI (freaking Bedford idiot) lives next door, if you need her for suckling – just a hop, skip, and a jump! Whatever the Turnpike Commission needs to set up better accountability of it’s workers. The stories I have been told by some retired workers of present workers are getting away with not doing their job is unreal!

So there you have it folks. IT was a very calm, professional meeting for the most part, with issues being handled.  And as they say they “the trash took itself out!”

Now I have to add here, it is none of my business and I have said before you are what you hang out with, so the mama’s boy fiancé must not be an honest person or just doesn’t want much in a future husband and possible father to her kids. Of course maybe she has low self-esteem too. She has to know he lies (We have proved it over and over. Still have all of it and more) and is what I call deceitful – always does his games behind people’s backs – too ashamed or not man enough to own up. Even sent his daddy in to do his dirty work – and he is no child! And let’s not forget his and mama FBI’s (freaking Bedford idiot) little temper tantrums! WOW! I don’t know her and don’t want to – but girl you need to think this through before you actually marry him. And you will be marrying mama FBI (freaking Bedford idiot) too. They live next door to each other for a reason you know. However it’s your life and just my opinion. 

Now to the dream team I was given a comment to pass on to you, “Ever hear the song, Let it GO! Well dumb Aces you need to let it go, your actions are making you look more stupid and ignorant than ever!” Personally I agree and I didn’t think they could lower themselves more than they already are! LOL! However no maturity, no morals, honesty, no life, and need daily drama what can one expect? Wonder if they realize there are soap operas on TV everyday they could get their fill of drama from?
