Randy Jay Miller
This guy has 2 news stories on him, so I’ll start with the first one. To give a quick summary – he was charged with over 55 charges and over 40 were felonies! Guess which ones ALL GOT DROPPED?? All the felonies and he was charged with just 2 misdemeanors! The felonies dropped included all these below with more than one count of each: Rape of Child, Statutory Sexual Assault, Invol. Deviate Sexual Intercourse W/Child, Agg. Ind. Assault of Child, Unlawful Contact With Minor – Sexual Offenses, Corruption Of Minors – Defendant Age 18 or Above, Indecent Assault Person Less than 13 Years of Age, Indecent Exposure, Child Pornography (only 1 charge of this one), Criminal Use Of Communication Facility (only 1 charge of this one), Aggrav Indec Asslt/Person Less 13 Yrs Age (Dismissed (Lower Court), and Unknown Statute. WOW!

“A Friedens man is facing multiple sexual assault charges in two jurisdictions. Randy Jay Miller, 57,…was charged with seven counts of corruption of minors, six counts each of rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age and indecent exposure, and one count each of child pornography, criminal use of communication facility and aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 13. In two of the cases Miller is accused of sexually assaulting and raping a girl who was 9 years old for three years in Somerset Township and Summit Township between Jan. 1, 2012, and May 1, 2016. In the third case Miller allegedly provided a location for a 16-year-old girl to meet her boyfriend in private and requested that the girl send him nude photographs. The incident was reported to have happened between Jan. 1 and May 2. A fourth case allegedly occurred between Jan. 1, 2001, and Jan. 1, 2003, when the victim, a girl, was 10 years old. According to court documents, Miller made the girl perform a sex act on him near Mount Davis in Elk Lick Township…”(#1a)

“Three alleged sexual assault victims ranging in age from 12 to 24 testified at a 57-year-old Friedens man’s preliminary hearing Tuesday before District Judge Ken Johnson in Somerset. None of the females looked directly at Randy Jay Miller, who sat beside his defense attorney, Matthew Zatko of Somerset. The 2 1/2-hour hearing resulted in numerous charges against Miller being bound over to Somerset County court. Four cases were consolidated. In two of the cases, Miller is accused of sexually assaulting and raping a preteen girl between Jan. 1, 2012, and May 1, 2016, in Somerset and Summit townships. The soft-spoken girl testified Tuesday that the assaults occurred more than 10 times over the time period. After the first incident, she testified, Miller said, “It is going to hurt the first time.” She said she didn’t tell anyone about the abuse prior to telling her mother in May, which resulted in a trip to the state police barracks and charges being filed, because “he always told me I would get in trouble.” (#1b)
Which is how these “kind and respectful” pedophiles act! And thanks to our worthless POS DA, Lisa Lazzari-Strasiser, he got away with all the sexual abuse he did to these children, even the child porn charge! And this time, once again Judge Geary backed her up, in my opinion!

Well until DA Lisa Lazzari-Strasiser arrived on the scene – then it was “withdraw city!”

The incident was reported to have happened between Jan. 1 and May 2. The girl testified that her parents did not permit her to be alone with her now ex-boyfriend, who was her age. She wanted some alone time with her boyfriend, so she obliged Miller’s request “because it was a trade,” she said. She testified that she sent Miller one photograph of herself and several photographs of other females she downloaded from the internet. “He wanted more,” she testified. In this case, Miller will face one count each of sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communication facility, both felonies, and corruption of minors at trial. “(#1a)
And no charges were ever brought of sending porn pictures of a minor? Why wasn’t the feds brought in?
“..A fourth crime allegedly occurred between Jan. 1, 2001, and Jan. 1, 2003, when the 24-year-old alleged victim was roughly 10 years old. According to her testimony, Miller made her perform a sex act on him near Mount Davis in Elk Lick Township. “He told me if I didn’t tell anybody, he would buy me a Game Boy Color,” she said. “It was purple.” She left the witness stand and began to sob. Miller is charged with one count of indecent assault in this case.
Zatko convinced District Attorney Lisa Lazzari-Strasiser at the preliminary hearing to withdraw a felony charge of aggravated indecent assault…” (#1a)
I just bet Zatko had to work really hard to get the worthless POS DA Lazzari-Strasiser to withdraw that charge! NOT! I mean, in my opinion she seems to be doing that numerous times in his cases in front of her. So why? What’s in it for her because there is damn sure nothing in it for the victims or citizens of the county – who pay her salary? Maybe both of them believe 10 is an age of consent.
“…”I do recognize the intermingling of these charges,” Johnson said. “I’m not going to be the one to unmingled them. I’m bounding them up to court.” He emphasized to Miller, who is free on an unsecured bond, not to contact the witnesses and alleged victims, and not speak to them after leaving the hearing. Johnson then turned to the families in the courtroom. “You folks have been fine,” he said. “It has been difficult. Unfortunately, we can’t make it any more pleasant.”(#1a)
The only thing I can say is, “Thank you District Judge Ken Johnson! You are a judge and a man of compassion, caring and integrity!”

Now this one is a Real LOSER and so is the DA for her actions! What a set of slime balls! This is one where I could literally thump someone! This kind of meanness drives me to want to do violence! But don’t get your hopes up Lazzari-Strasiser, I may want to but I can control my demons and in my opinion that would make me too much a low-life like you. No compassion or feeling for others.
“Somerset man pleads guilty to corruption of minors, terroristic threats in rape case (Daily American Newspaper link below): A 21-year-old Somerset man charged with more than 300 counts related to the alleged rape of a child pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count each of corruption of minors, a third-degree felony, and terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor, in Somerset County court. Zepp was charged with raping and sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13 multiple times between November 2014 and April 2015 in Conemaugh Township. He was 18 at the time. Township police filed the complaint in March 2017…”(#2)
Now that’s a really good deal for this worthless child molesting scum bag. And it was pointed out here, that this ole boy would have mostly went to school with her son. In my opinion it could be a reason she used to “help” him by not making him have consequences for his actions. She just seems to favor the vilest members of society in my opinion! Wonder how pedophiles fly under the radar? They learn from “plea deals” like this and fine tune their game.
“By pleading guilty to corruption of minors, Zepp must go through a court-ordered assessment by the state’s Sexual Offenders Assessment Board. The board’s administrative officer will recommend or not recommend that the judge deem Zepp a sexually violent predator, which would result in more stringent conditions once he is no longer incarcerated, according to court documents.…”(#2)
I wonder is the POS DA on that board? Or does she have a friend or other connection on the board? But since he still hasn’t gotten sentenced I wonder if it’s even will even need to be done?
“…At this time, one of the conditions is that Zepp is not allowed unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18. He petitioned the court in September to change the conditions so he could see his son and the child’s mother, who is under 18, but his request was denied. …” (#2)
So I am of the opinion he had a child with this teenager – a case of a baby having a baby, in my opinion, and wants to see it! The mother probably is convinced she is in “love.” However, in my opinion he should have no parental rights or visitation to the child because he could very well pass on his sickness!

He is in County Lock up now. Maybe he will get sentenced soon (it was to be done on 4/16/19 but continued to July 2019) but then he will most likely get out because the judge will most likely give credit for time served! If you do an internet search there are quite a few news stories on him.

This is the last child sexual abuser I will post on. There are many more if you have the time to review all cases – but I don’t and if not one of the other cases I posted doesn’t speak to you of the travesty to our children done by our worthless POS DA Lazzari-Strasiser, then there is no help for you anyway!
“Somerset County man will face rape charges at trial DAILY AMERICAN ” “A 42-year-old Somerset man accused of sexually abusing a child waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday before District Judge Ken Johnson of Somerset.
Phillip Dean Knopsnyder II, South Lynn Avenue, was charged with 462 counts: six counts of rape of a child and a related offense, two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, 168 counts of both aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault, and 56 counts of both endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors. Somerset Borough police were contacted in March by Somerset County Children & Youth Services to investigate the alleged sexual abuse of a child from 2005 to 2010. The female, now an adult, told police over several interviews in April that her first memory of anything sexual occurring with Knopsnyder was from when she was 3 years old. The abuse continued until the girl was 8 or 9 years old, police said.
Johnson modified Knopsnyder’s bail from $300,000 to $100,000. He is in the Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting county court hearings.” (#3)
Another baby rapist being taken care of by our worthless POS DA Lazzari-Strasiser! What really tissed me off was the numerous charges of “mentally disable person!” Makes me wonder did victim have her rapes to blame for her diagnosis? Thanks to our worthless POS DA Lazzari-Strasiser and her very gracious pleas deal GIFT to this baby rapist – we will never know! She took 462 counts – mostly felonies – down to 2 Misdemeanors and a summary offense! This worthless excuse for a human got a jail sentence of 1 day to 3 months!!! Someone please tell me how this County’s DA could even think that was right?
Does she think because the child was a toddler it is fine to rape them?
Or maybe the fact the victim may be mentally challenged she doesn’t need or deserves justice or maybe less than a “normal” person?
Or maybe she believes a mentally challenged person doesn’t feel pain or betrayal even after being abused for 5 years ?
Or does the DA think the child got used to the abuse so it was OK?
Well in my opinion our worthless POS DA Lazzari-Strasiser’s actions prove she doesn’t believe in justice for the victims at ALL!
And if you look at the 16 page curt summary, it doesn’t even list withdrawals or dropped – so just where did they go? Did the Attorney Zatko maybe sweet talk her into just ignoring them like before?
Then we have his fines. This is wrong – I believe they should have to pay back the monies spent on investigating these crimes. And why does the courts NEVER make the perpetrator pay for any medical or mental costs associated with their crimes?
On refunding the costs into investigating the crimes, the charges are NOT just decided on by the DA. The charges are actually the result of HARD WORK done by our police officers. Including, but not limited to township, borough, and state police. These officers put themselves in dangerous situations enough and shouldn’t have to just to have a DA drop the charges they have proven. I am of the opinion that is why she dropped so many – they COULD be proven. Her dropping, withdrawing or just slap dab ignoring charges is just one more way she is costing the taxpayers monies. We pay her wage, we pay the officers time and hard work (which she then just shoves in their faces), we pay the court’s time, personal, and supplies. And what do we get in return? We get a DA letting some of the vilest, violent, and undesirable miscreants right back in society. Most go right back to the neighborhood they came from. Ready to start with new victims one more time, because they already know she will only help them.
So please as you vote in person or with a Absentee Ballot – PLEASE vote for Jeffery Thomas. If you are a Democrat, as I am, PLEASE write Jeffery Thomas in for DA! We deserve better! Our children definitely deserve better. And in my next post – our aged and elderly deserve better! Remember if you vote for her then you must agree to these atrocities being done to our children, as least in my opinion. Thank you!
